Eye focusing; when the lens in the eye automatically adjusts to focus images at varying distances.  If the accommodation system can not sustain focus or just has general problems focusing, it is referred to as ill-sustained accommodation or accommodative insufficiency.  If the accommodation system can not adjust efficiently from distance to near, it is referred to as accommodative infacility.
